About the site:

Two-story skilled nursing facility consisting of 80-units with associated nursing support, offices and reception spaces, kitchen and dining spaces, laundry, sitting, crafts, salon, activities, games, garage, trash, storage, and other support spaces. The building will also house a rehabilitation facility that will consist of exercise equipment, exam room, linens, therapy storage, toilet facilities, and nursing support, for physical and occupational therapy services. The total building area will be approximately 91,000sf. The building will also substantially incorporate design elements, art, sculpture, and interior architecture items to reflect and respond to the culture of Alaska Natives as coordinated with and approved by the Owner.
