About the Event
Emotional Intelligence has been touted for success with working in the office as it pertains to leadership, relationships, and performance. Yet 2020 has shifted us. Many have been challenged and stressed with managing and leading the change with reaching their goals.
This presentation is designed to provide insights into how to be more self-aware while being engaging in healthy activities with authentic focus and to connect in conversation with ourselves and others with assertive empathy. And how to reduce intensified emotions, discomfort, and stress associated with the unknown.

Dr. Christine West is a business psychologist and the founder of The Business MD. Her secret weapon expertise is in psychology, leadership, behavior modification and patterns, and emotional intelligence to address the positives and negatives in groups and individuals. With her expertise, Christine advocates healing and strategic advancement.
