Join the NAWIC Alaska Chapter for their General Meeting and Slip Simulator Training
General October Slip Simulator training on Oct 27th at 3:30 pm. Please note that this training is limited to only 15-20 participants so let me know ASAP if you can’t make it, so that we can offer to other members.
The training will be 90-120 minutes (120 minutes when we’re 15-20 people on the simulator) total.
Please dress comfortably to accommodate bending, kneeling, wearing a full body harness, and placing a shoe cover over your shoe to utilize the slip simulator. Sneakers are required at a minimum to guarantee the anti-traction devices fit correctly. Please do NOT wear shoes with heels or spikes of any kind or skirts/dresses that would interfere with wearing a full body harness, or you will not be able to utilize the slip simulator.
