About the Event
Come join the NAWIC ladies for a Self-Defense Class on August 22, from Noon - 2 PM.
Cost is 25 dollars that Anna Nelson will be collecting either the day of, or you can Venmo her: Anna Nelson @anna-belle-nelson - 907-301-2750.
The class is taught on mats, please take off your shoes. Attire is comfortable clothing = yoga pants, t/shirts, shorts - something one can easily move in.
Jason Oxholm and his wife Katie will be the instructors.
