Social Mixer & Program

Guests will have a chance to mingle with members from AGC, SAME, SMPS, and students from the UAA Construction Management program, play bingo and try VR headset fishing. NAWIC will share a quick overview of upcoming events and ways you can get involved with our Chapter, followed by Woodrie Burich who will be speaking on “A Model for Work Boundaries: Energy. Choice. Power.” Members from each professional society are welcome to bring a friend. This is a networking event that you will not want to miss!

We are entering a new era of work, and the leaders and organizations that understand and align themselves to meet the needs of their teams will succeed. This past year, professionals have experienced workload overload, felt fatigue and overwhelm. We need practical support tools based on well researched, science-based approaches to change how we operate individually and as businesses. Join us as we learn about a model for setting healthy boundaries and the positive impact boundaries have on ourselves, our organizations, and our community.

About the Speaker

Woodrie Burich is the owner of the Integration Group and founder of the Energy Choice Power™ and Boundaries Before Burnout® group coaching programs. She brings over 20 years of senior leadership and change management expertise working with Fortune  500 companies on global tech projects and billion-dollar Merger & Acquisition work. Woodrie’s expertise includes executive leadership and team coaching, creating strong and sustainable corporate cultures, and leadership development. She is a Gold Stevie Award recipient for her Achievement in Thought Leadership, presented a TEDx Talk and about writes about sustainable success and inspired leadership in various publications.
