Solid Waste Services Central Transfer Station

This is an exclusive tour of Solid Waste Services' new state-of-the-art transfer station. This project broke ground in July 2020, with a completion date scheduled for the spring of 2023. The new Central Transfer Station is a state of the art of facility compromised of five large structures spanning across 26 acres. Of the major structures on the campus, three were pre-engineered metal buildings with the largest surpassing 80,000 square feet. This new transfer station will allow for higher volumes of residential traffic with increased efficiency and complete separation from commercial activity.
