Teaming Strategies

A teamed approach to government contracting is a good way to expand your capacity and to gain access to jobs that might otherwise be just out of your company's reach.  A teamed approach could be as simple as a prime/sub-contractual agreement or something more formal as a Mentor/Protégé Agreement or a Joint-Venture (JV) Agreement.

Regardless of which team approach is used, due diligence is critical to make sure you know who you would be teaming with.
